Felt Bracelets

Looking for some homemade Valentine ideas? These felt bracelets are fun and easy to make. You could be very creative with this project by creating any design you can imagine. With a little help, it would also be a great craft for kids to show off their creativity.

Homemade Valentine Ideas: Felt Bracelet
Design 1

What You Will Need For This Design:

• Felt: hot pink, light pink, bright blue, green
• Embroidery thread: hot pink, black
• 1 heart button (small)
• 2 bright blue buttons (1/4”)
• 1 pink button (1/2”)
• Needle
• Scissors

Step 1:

Print and cut out the Valentine Felt Bracelet template. Then cut out the felt pieces. See the photo above as a guide for the colors.

NOTE: The template is only a guide. Be sure to measure your own wrist and adjust the length of the band accordingly.

Step 2:

Sew the pink center strip down using the running stitch in black thread. Sew the large pink heart on with the running stitch in hot pink thread. The small center heart is attached with the small heart button. The two pink flowers are sewn on with a bright blue button. The leaves are sewn on with one stitch of black thread. The two black dots are French knots.

Step 3:

Sew a 1/2" button to one end and cut a slit for a button hole on the other end.

Design 2

What You Will Need For This Design:

• Felt: hot pink, light pink, fuchsia, purple
• Embroidery thread: purple, hot pink
• 2 heart buttons (extra-small)
• 1 purple button (1/2”)
• Needle
• Scissors

Step 1:

Print and cut out the Valentine Felt Bracelet template. Then cut out the felt pieces. See the photo above as a guide for the colors.

NOTE: The template is only a guide. Be sure to measure your own wrist and adjust the length of the band accordingly.

Step 2:

Sew the purple center strip down using the running stitch in purple thread. Sew the 2 large hearts on with the running stitch in hot pink thread. Then attach the small center heart with a heart button. The 3 light pink hearts are sewn on with several French knots.

Step 3:

Sew a 1/2" button to one end and cut a slit for a button hole on the other end.
